We always meet in the shade, so you can flow, stretch, and breathe comfortably. Bring your own mat or just show up and do your thing in the grass — no pressure, no judgment.
Fellow Beehiver and certified instructor Jill leads each session. She’s welcoming, experienced, and basically guaranteed to make you laugh at least three times while you’re in downward dog.
